Parker Ingredients, LLC was established as a subsidiary of Kane International Corporation to focus on the manufacture and distribution of Confectionery and Pharmaceutical Coatings. Our Research and Development Labs & Manufacturing Facilities are located in St. Louis, Missouri with the corporate office located in Rye, New York.

Parker Ingredients Coatings are Shellac or Carnauba Wax based products which are Kosher and Food Grade. Parker’s coating products adhere to their respective USP and FCC monographs. All products are produced in cGMP compliant and ISO 9002-2008 certified manufacturing facilities.

Our technical staff has over 40 years of hands-on experience in the Confectioner and Pharmaceutical Coatings Industry. Parker’s technical team prides themselves on their ability to recommend specific confectioner or pharmaceutical glazes based on the customer’s needs, desired applications, and specific requirements.
